Refund & Cancellation Policy

Betania Esthetics

As a courtesy to clients of Betania Esthetics, we do allow cancellations up to 48 hours in advance. To avoid a fee of 1/2 of the original cost of the service canceled ($40 - $200) please give notice within this timeframe. If for any reason the client shall have more than three (3) cancellations within a six (6) month period outside of the 48 hour window (48 hours or less) one full treatment will be deducted from any pre-paid services. If for any reason a client is to cancel three (3) consecutive times in a six month period, there is a $25 charge.

 

If for any reason a client no-shows to a scheduled appointment, one full pre-paid treatment will be deducted from a package. Clients without pre-paid services will be charged the full cost of the appointment (via card on file, over the phone payment or invoice) and will need to pay a deposit for their next appointment (the deposit will be credited to their service on the day of appointment completion).

 

In addition to our cancellation policy, there is a strict no refund/shard services policy at Betania Esthetics.

 

Any prepaid service with a promotional value expires one year after date of purchase.

 

If a client is more than 15 min late to their scheduled appointment time, Betania Esthetics may reschedule the client or deduct the late time from the appointment time. if the appointment is rescheduled, there is a $25 fee.
